Shiva Nazar Aharis fate and 1 year after their first arrest uncertain

Monday 26 July 2010 - Summary: Shiva Nazar Ahari was the day after the highly controversial 10th presidential election of 2009 was first arrested and taken to Evin prison. Three months later she was freed on a bail of 190,000 dollars, but shortly afterwards on 20 December 2009 re-arrested when she was on her way to Qom in order to Ayatollah Montazeri's funeral to take part. Her mother says: "I have visited numerous times by the Revolutionary Court in order to make inquiries about the uncertain fate of my daughter. Every time I was confronted with offensive and insulting behavior "

Kalemeh. Nearly a year after Shiva Nazar Aharis first arrest, the family of journalist and human rights activist still extremely concerned about their uncertain fate, especially since it still on her case still no court hearing, where, despite the fact that the charge of his case to Judge Pir Abassi had promised that her first, merged in June fixed and then shifted to the second court hearing the case and so would be treated as soon as possible.

Shiva Nazar Ahari, journalist and member of the Organization Committee of Human Rights Reporters, was over 100 days in solitary confinement and is currently in the women's ward of Evin prison. [Repeating information from the beginning] Since its second arrest Nazar Ahari been granted a trial, so its fate is uncertain even a year after her first arrest.

The following is the conversation between Kalemeh and Shiva Nazar Aharis mother, Shahrzad Kariman, the latest information on Shiva's case.

Mrs. Nazar Ahari, what is the latest stage in Shiva's case? Is there finally a court date?

Since the second arrest of my daughter seven months have passed and they still hovers in uncertainty. During those seven months was Shiva about six months in Section 209 and one month in the general ward. I always have auditioned the revolutionary court to gain clarity about the uncertain fate of my daughter, but every time I'm only using offensive and abusive behavior have been confronted.

Why? What exactly did you ask the competent court which has led to such behavior?

Shiva's father and I have only one question, namely why her condition is still uncertain, although the two cases were combined with my daughter and although Judge Pir Abassi, who is in charge of her case, has undertaken one and a half months that there will soon be a court hearing on their case. I'm fed only come once this issue at the court, and I was the person responsible in office Mr Pir Abassis treated very aggressively - so much so that I was after that visit, two days sick. Siva's father was also in court in order to inquire about her case. He also was treated by Mr. Satari, the manager in Mr Pir Abassis office, offensive and unacceptable manner. However, I must say that her behavior lately something has improved.

has So Shiva Father Judge Pir Abassis also visited the office, to inquire after her case?

Yes, he wanted to ask a simple question about it. Finally, her mother and father still have the right to charge after a year of uncertainty about their fate a simple question? Unfortunately, the person responsible for the office of Mr Pir Abassi my husband has just as aggressively treated [like me]. He threatened my husband even said that he would arrest him if he is not the office in less than three minutes would leave. My husband, who then hurried to leave the courthouse to avoid being arrested, then fell down the stairs and broke his leg. He still has a cast. What is this behavior that the Revolutionary Court as a mother and a father to submit to light?

Have you ever complained at the Tehran Prosecutor's this?

a long time I ask for an appointment with the prosecutor, but I have not received a response. This lack of response are not limited to my request for a meeting with the prosecutor. To this day I have asked three times for a meeting with my daughter, and even after, I got no answer. Currently I can only Shiva once a week to see through a glass window. It's been long since I've seen my daughter in person. Why are we not allowed the prosecutor, our loved ones to have at least once a month in our neighborhood?

What is the current state of your daughter in the women's ward of Evin? As it is with the sanitary and general conditions in this department?

Shiva never complains about her situation, either as it was in Section 209, yet now that she is in the general ward. Right now she is being held in a cell with 26 other women. In this cell, only 21 beds available, so 5 or 6 women sleep on the floor. Shiva is one of them. The water in this department is often parked, and they usually have only two or three hours a day of water. The sanitary conditions in this section are below average to say the least, there was even talk of that lice spread. As for the food, so is the food in this department also below the standard that the inmates receive in prison is very rare fruit shop once told Shiva, that 26 people shared a melon. In the prison shop, there is only preserved, which is not very healthy and nutritious. Therefore, I am concerned for the welfare of my daughter, even though they assured me that all is well.

How is it that your daughter is still in good spirits under these circumstances?

Shiva is strong. She never complains. But the uncertain state of uncertainty makes it even created.

What you want to ask the authorities responsible for Shiva's case?

I ask the judicial authorities and especially the people involved in her case, to take care of their case so that their fate is fixed, and we leave this cycle of insecurity at last. In her first case, Shiva should have been released on bail of 190,000 dollars. We have not touched this money. We hope that, like many other prisoners even after their first [or first instance, translator's] allowed to leave court on bail, the prison. We also hope that they will be released from prison when her trial is over.

Trying To Get Married In Mount And Blade

thanks and recognition can feel!

I hope that you have put away the bitter semi-final defeat of our team against Spain now. You can not say it differently: The Iberians were the better team! And although no ifs and buts . The Germans have succeeded in any phase of the game to put the reigning European champions to feel under pressure. I go further: our kickers been so lively is just the heart in the pants slipped in view of the colorful names of Iniesta, Xavi and Co.: gone (AP photo) The previous self-consciousness was simple. Too bad.

But despite all, we have had a fantastic World Cup. Remember four weeks back. All clapped his hands over their heads when it comes to Klose. Does not bear! He has had his time! How can you be wrong. It is certainly reassuring that our coach has just a little more expertise as the so-called football Germany. What remains of this tournament? For me, Schweinsteiger has made the step to world class, Mueller is a man with a future and relegated Bundesliga (Friedrich), you can lick wounds and well at a World Cup surprise rise to the top. The Winter's Tale!

morning against Uruguay we have to support our boys and make them feel strong again our thanks and appreciation for the past few weeks. Clear to the "small final" tears himself a professional. But 2006 was the final victory against Portugal but a huge party . And perhaps the much-maligned Klose yes indeed still the best World Cup scorer of all time. I do not begrudge him. And now I say goodbye to the summer break. In terms of football, you only hear from me again for the Bundesliga start on 20 August.

beautiful summer days and a good football free time to wish
